I serve a population of 4,500+ undergraduate and graduate students studying the humanities and sciences through providing 1-on-1 appointments to coach them through the job and internship search process.

On the Engineering & Doerr School of Sustainability team, I served as a career coach and provided 1-on-1 coaching and a variety of programming related to the job and internship search process, all available to 5,000+ undergraduate and graduate students. One of my proudest accomplishments in this role is designing, planning, and facilitating the "I Need a Job!" Cohort program, where I worked with 9 Engineering & Sustainability students over 4 weeks to help them try and secure a job before they graduated at the end of the academic quarter.

In this role, my main responsibility was to develop and execute engaging social media campaigns for a career center’s Instagram and LinkedIn accounts to reach a total audience of 3,200+ followers. One of my proudest accomplishments in this role was increasing CareerEd's Instagram reach by 1,170% and engagement by 550% within the first month of implementing a dedicated social media strategy. I also played a large part in rebranding the center from its previous name (BEAM) to Stanford Career Education (CareerEd), with the goal of making our center and brand more connected, accessible, and relevant to our students as our primary stakeholders. A smaller but not insignificant part of my time in this role included student programming and student development experience. I developed professional development training sessions for our center's peer career coaches and was invited by the Career Coaching & Education (CCE) team to present and facilitate workshops for students around campus.

I served three main functions in this role: 1) support the first steps in rebranding Stanford's career center from BEAM to something more connected, accessible, and relevant to our students, 2) support existing marketing initiatives, and 3) begin developing a dedicated social media workflow and strategy for the career center.

Using qualitative analysis, I evaluated focus group data from Stanford students and alumni to better understand the perception of the career center on campus. The results of this analysis were summarized and presented to the entire career center team and reported to the Vice Provost of Student Affairs.

I supported the career center's marketing efforts by curating creative industries jobs and contributing written content to the weekly newsletter that went out to 9,000+ students every week.

Under the direction of the creative executive, I edited 4 webcomics series titles through proofreading, editorial/art feedback, and providing input on production and development materials. I also evaluated and covered webcomic pitches for potential development and presented best pitches to creative executives.I also researched and analyzed market trends in storytelling, on- and off-platform, through a final project that included a series anatomy and genre analysis and was presented to the entire Studios Tapas team.

At PEN America, I supported the annual World Voices International Festival by leading a grassroots marketing campaign that included outreach to 400+ contacts, including NYC schools, colleges, community organizations, and art centers to increase registration at festival events. I also wrote website content, radio ads, and social media posts to promote the festival.

I facilitated workshops and taught arts and crafts techniques to visiting families and their children every second Sunday at the museum.
