CurrentHandle all facets of client transactions and manage the entire real estate closing process with excellent follow-up skills and initiative to ensure the transactions close seamlessly and on time.Prepare documents from opening to closing and handle the complete disbursement and follow up of all escrow transactions.Determine steps and procedure needed to transfer the title of property. Collaborate with title department to resolve issues including but not limited to vesting, tax liens, abstracts of judgments, bankruptcies, disputes, existing liens and encumbrances against property or principals to obtain clear title and ensure title insurance is issued at closing.Prepare estimated closing statements for clients, follow up with lenders to monitor status and clear loan approval and funding conditions.Handle loan document preparations, signing and packaging. Prior to recording, verify all documents are cleared by title department and oversee the issuance of checks, wire transfers, bills and statements, receipts, and any relevant documents.Before disbursement, confirm the collection of all funds and signatures, thoroughly check appropriate documents for accuracies, and conduct closing with all parties including customers, realtors, lenders, and attorneys.
