FAOU (Fatima Al-Fihri Open University), is a non-profit international institute registered in Estonia as a European Digital Company. The University has been established since 2016, and since then FAOU has developed courses in various specialties such as management, politics, migration, gender, etc. with professors from well-ranked universities and experts at leading international organizations. The university aims to offer high-quality, low-cost courses accessible by youth around the world, also to promote open access to scientific research and use technology to facilitate learning.As a director of Ambassador Program, - Managing and Running the Open Education Ambassador program of FAOU- Leading a team of 25 ambassadors from 25 different countries, the team will be extended to 150 ambassadors in 2021.- Leading meetings, training, coaching, evaluating ambassadors, reporting to FAOU's CEO.

The ‘Values Curriculum’ was designed by The Asia Foundation with support from a values education specialist, and in close consultation with religious and community leaders. The curriculum covers six values that are common to all communities in Sri Lanka: Peace, Respect, Tolerance, Compassion, Honesty and Sincerity, and Working together (Cooperation) This project aims to promote shared values in order to address some of the fundamental misconceptions associated with religious intolerance, thereby creating coexisting communities.Duties & Responsibilities:Providing mentorship to 40 trainers from Sarvodaya and National Youth Services Council, based on the ‘Values4All’ values education curriculum, who then under the guidance of mentors will subsequently conduct similar training, in their respective Province for 1000 beneficiaries in total. Through interactive workshops and exercises, I facilitate discussions and empower participants to become active agents of change.Independent Artist:As an independent artist, I use theater as a medium of expression to provoke thought, challenge perspectives, and ignite conversations. Through my performances, I aim to raise awareness, stimulate dialogue, and inspire individuals to question societal norms and work towards a more inclusive and just society.Collaborative Approach:I strongly believe in the power of collaboration and community engagement.
