•Work closely with Physician and Nurse Practitioners with the establishment/implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems for all operational areas of the clinic.•Resolving problems, both administrative and operational (including themaintenance of clinic property, computer systems and installed softwareapplications) and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.Work closely with Team Leader and Administration to development/implementation of cost effective policies and procedures for all administrative and operational areas.•Work closely with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services areprovided.•Participating in the selection, training and supervision of all clinic staff.
