As an Assistant Principal at Stephenville ISD, I oversee academic and behavioral programs, ensuring alignment with the district's vision and goals. I also collaborate with teachers, staff, parents, and community members to create a positive and supportive learning environment for all students. With over nine years of experience in the education field, I have developed strong skills in curriculum design, instruction, assessment, and leadership.My passion for education stems from my own academic journey, which led me to earn a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from American College of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in History from UT Permian Basin. I enjoy applying my knowledge and expertise to design and implement engaging and rigorous curricula that meet the diverse needs and interests of learners. I also value communication and interpersonal skills, as they are essential for building trust, rapport, and collaboration among all stakeholders. My mission is to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and equity in education, and to empower students to achieve their full potential.
