Work in the quality management department since February 2006 till Oct. 2013, acting as quality manager and managing total 8 staff and 42 operators, my job covers but not limited to incoming material quality control, process quality control & improvement and out-going quality control as well as customer quality complaint. The main customer is Seagate, the 2nd largest computer hard disk driver maker in the world, Kaifa Suzhou assemblies and supplies the HDD PCBA to Seagate with yearly volume at around 70 million. The mother company of Kaifa Suzhou is Shenzhen Kaifa Technology, a state-owned company and is listed in Shenzhen stock market with yearly revenue at around 20 billion RMB for 2010.Since May of 2011, extended to manage product quality on a new customer Resmend, which is an Australian medical devices provider. Suzhou Kaifa was just qualified and certified by JSFDA to manufacture medical product in August while for product license, qualification is progress, and low volume product trial run for the Resmend is on-going.
