Supervise, evaluate and coach employees while delivering training, as well as provide corrective and/or positive performance feedback as applicable. Document performance of CSRs in training and make recommendations to graduate, terminate or require additional training. Monitor and analyzes ongoingperformance trends in order to make training and development recommendations. Act as primary training bay support to Operations while class is in transition. Work with various departments' subject matter experts as needed to develop,enhance or update training programs, including outlines, fact sheets, exams, and supporting documents. Leads and/or participates in client calibration sessions to ensure alignment of training with client metrics. Maintain records of all trainingactivities, including time sheets, evaluations and quality reviews. Regularly communicate with Sr. Training Staff to maintain product/service knowledge and scertain additional training needs of CSRs.

Duties: Provide leadership and support for all divisions within the ViceChancellor’s purview including Human Resources, Financial Services, SharedBilling, and Diversity Affairs.

Design/Develop/Deliver training conferences, seminars and workshops toover 2,000 full-time employees, perform needs analysis, facilitate new employeeand new faculty orientation. Other positions held with LSCS: Training Specialist
