Since 2003 I have over $100MM in real estate transactions as a principal involved with Condo Conversions, luxury home development, house flips, note purchases, hard money brokerage, HOA creation and management, general contractor, HUD Construction Consultant, property management and related real estate transactions as needed. At the present time I am raising capital for Luxury home development and targeting a 20% -30% return for core capital. For risk funding I am offering a higher return.
