Delivering our monthly all-day orientations in person to our new hire design cohorts. I learned that I love public speaking / delivering presentations, setting a positive tone for a group experience and guiding others through new information in a fun, engaging way. I became a makeshift instructional designer and continually learned better ways to create learning content and distill overwhelming amount of information into digestible & memorable bites. Most of all, I love helping others feel that they belong and supporting them to shine in their roles. This showed me that I am a natural facilitator who loves empowering others with new skills, tools, and resources. 2. I was asked to present at our All-Hands and gave a talk on “The Art of Storytelling.” This moment changed the course of my life - and I was grateful for the people who came up after and told me that is what I needed to do with my life. Life will mirror to us our strengths if we are willing to listen. On this day, I realized that I feel my best in one-to-many outlets and at my core, I am a communicator who loves to uplift others and connect on a human level.

Impact Hub is a global network of locally-founded & operated impact innovation incubators, accelerators, coworking spaces, and nonprofit organizations. Part innovation lab, part business incubator, and part community center, the hubs offer members a unique ecosystem of resources, inspiration, and collaboration opportunities to grow impact. • Collaborated and designed new programs to facilitate company/member relations• Independently created and directed “Bring Your Friend to Work Day” to increase the Hub’s network and membership• Planned and promoted 2 successful legacy volunteer projects for the Berkeley and San Francisco Hubs with the Bay Area Intern Team• Coordinated, and maintained weekly social media accounts- Facebook, Twitter, Instagram

• Operate as the public face of the Berkeley Art Museum and serve as the museum’s information desk.• Work closely with all staff departments and liaise between artists and administration.• Sell museum admission, BAM/PFA memberships, PFA theater tickets and all museum store merchandise.• Responsible for all customer interaction and delivering in depth knowledge of past, current, and future exhibits.
