• My 18 months at CSS resulted in the company profiting by 11%. The first time in four years where Command had broken even.
• Saved Australian database worth $1.4M from their previous distributor whom had gone into liquidation.

• Empire Ridge was a Marketing Production House based in Melbourne Australia which had the facilities to produce Multi Media, Design, Merchandising, Promotions, Direct Marketing, Print/Production etc.
• Took three less profitable divisions and turned them into a $1.4M cluster.
• Brought Interactive animation business into ER from Disney – Singapore, Time Warner – Orlando and Viacom – New York worth $13M.
• Prepared a marketing strategy for the company incorporating ideas to take the company from being a $11M operation to a $35M company within 18 months.
• Secured additional business of $5M+ through new clients hence minimizing the risk of working for one client as was the case with Telstra MobileNet. This foresight saved over 40 jobs when Telstra MobileNet restructured.
