Recently completed working on a three year Lease Management Contract, which involved portfolio management of the BNZ Stores and ATM machine leases. For last 22 months we were also involved with their Refurbishment/Re-location Project for 140 sites.Formerly Account Manager/Body Corporate Secretary with Crockers Strata Management involved managing the accounts, projects and maintenance for a large commercial and residential property portfolio, some of which were going through the leaky building mediation process.Sharron has first hand experience in Leasing, Project, Contracts, Asset and Facilities Management. She has extensive knowledge of the New Zealand and International leasing environment having been employed by Air New Zealand for a number of years on a variety of contracts. She is OSH qualified and has Site Safe Certification.Whilst employed as Property Manager with the Auckland City Council, Sharron had overall responsibilities for Commercial, Residential, Community Buildings, Swimming Pools, Libraries, the Art Gallery, Civic Theatre and Pensioner Villages.
