With over six years of experience in human resources and recruiting, I am passionate about finding and developing the best talents for various business sectors and functions. As the Group Talent Acquisition Lead at Harita Group, I oversee the talent strategy and execution for the whole group of companies, covering nickel, coal, bauxite, shipping, plantation, and corporate functions. Previously, I worked as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Kawan Lama Corporate, where I handled the recruitment for all business units and positions in the group, and also supervised a team of three.
