Lead and motivate staff to deliver dynamic customer service ,used computerized WMS system (SAP) to pick and ship orders to customers, waved orders from "A" status to "B" in SAP/ assigned handlers to Queues for picking, assist with Custom Critical orders via UPS/FedEx, Process and resolve discrepancies orders using SAP/PHILOS,RTS orders in TMS system for key account "HOME DEPORT" maintain current delivery schedule in SAP and all required paperwork, monitor work flow in SAP Queues

Dispatch trucks for origin p/u and destination delivery,proof read documents,generate certificates of orgins and OBL's for key accounts,issue S/I to SSL's , track and trace exports container loads, generate USDA cert's and manage In-House logistics offices/ monitor daily workflow, Order Cargo to port/ Schedule vessel bookings, Provide expert advice concerning Letter of Credit.
