As the Secretary Lead promoted from Program Assistant for the Career Services department of Clark College, my main task is to assist students in day to day needs. Those needs include, but are not limited to, assisting in Clark needs like registration, student employment, career exploration, resume and LinkedIn and even needs our department can not assist.

As an Administrative Assistant I am in charge of assisting students in all areas of Clark College. Specifically but not limited to Career Exploration and Career driven needs. I am also responsible for making appointments for staff as well as assisting in multiple areas of the Career Services Department.

As a sales associate, I am responsible for cash handling, customer service, sales both personal and store wide, as well as leading floor sets and following company wide merchandising guidelines and maps.

As the Store Sales Manager at Gymboree I was responsible for the Store, its employees and its customers. My tasks included but were not limited to sales, staff retention, customer service and store up keep. It was my daily job to keep the store functioning smoothly with the appropriate staff, the correct merchandising, and above all positive reinforcement.

As an Office Assistant at Tualatin Hills Parks and Recreation, I helped patrons with day to day tasks. Such as but not limited to, registrations for classes, events, and after school programs. Answering phones, processing payments, and updating patron files. I also supervised the building during special events that I had executed and developed.

As the Sales Lead I was responsible for the store, its employees and its customers. My tasks included but were not limited to sales, staff retention, customer service and store up keep. It was my daily job to keep the store functioning smoothly, the correct merchandising, and above all positive reinforcement of sales goals.
