Overhauled and redesigned existing UI notifications infrastructure with real time capabilities. Built it as a standalone product with minimum onboarding time for any notification type from a domain. Examined and addressed various performance issues vis-a-vis WebSockets.Worked on integrating multiple business workflows using an open-source workflow engine in Dell’s offline sales platform. Explored the engine for extendibility and subsequently built various customisations in the engine for distributed tracing and workflow state at various configurable stages or intervals.Built micro frontends for offline sales’ new experience using Angular.Owned various microservices, followed 12-factor tenets, maintained code hygiene via various static analysis tools, SonarQube, BlackDuck and Fortify. Refactored many parts of the codebase which had accumulated tech debt over the years. For refactoring, followed TDD for better design and code quality.

Identified key areas of pricing domain which could be decoupled from the main monolithic application to a microservice. Developed and deployed the initial version with minimal changes to the core domain logic. Identified key issues vis-à-vis performance. Fixed critical memory leaks found during production testing around a unique business use case.Migrated many parts of the sales UX application from AngularJS to Angular 2+, integrated state management using NGRX moving away from an event driven approach using Angular events.
