To develop support procedures and strategies for systems, networks, operating systems and applications development, solve problems and provide technical expertise and direction in support of system infrastructure and process improvements, and diagnose and resolve complex system problems.Scheduling and conducting quality audit inspections, and analyzing and reviewing systems, data and documentation.Identifying variations and potential high risk areas in securing adherence to standards and procedures.Recommending corrective action plans and improvements in the resolution of non-compliance with standards detected through monitoring and auditing of processes and procedures.Communicating, educating and liaising with users and management to ensure awareness and adherence to standards, procedures and quality control issues and activities.Assisting in troubleshooting, diagnosing, testing and resolving system problems and issues.Analyzing, evaluating and diagnosing technical problems and issues such as installation, maintenance, repair, upgrade and configuration and troubleshooting of desktops, software, hardware, printers, Internet, email, databases, operating systems and security systems.

• Expert in planning and integrating new customer prospecting campaigns, increasing the agency`s acquisition.• Generating leads through various marketing campaigns, like phone calls, email, and online ads• Leading the whole team and clients during the Auction Campaigns.• Negotiating deals between buyers and sellers that can also lead to the need to resolve conflicts• Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, leases and deeds.• Accompany buyers during visits to and inspection of the property, advising them on the suitability and value of homes they are visiting based on current market conditions.• Evaluate mortgage options helping clients obtain financing at the best rates and terms• Solving or answering buyers queries through phone and email.• Maintaining buyer database and vendor database and following up with them weekly.
