Working as Production Operator (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)

o Operating experience in most advanced extrusion lines from NOKIA MAILLEFER / ROSENDAHL TECHNOLOGIES.o Experience in Insulation, bedding and sheathing process of POWER CABLES.o Trouble shooting of process problems, minor electrical and mechanical problems with respect to the machineries.o To achieve the set target of production and to utilize the maximum efficiency of machineries.o Analyze drawing and specification to determine the suitable material methods and sequences of operationo By using the measuring instruments verifying the accuracy of prepared metal components.o Conducting preventive maintenance, perform periodical weekly routine checking and autonomous maintenance.o Maintenance and attending breakdowns of hydraulic power pack, pneumatic systems and solenoid valves, Service, repair of worm wheel gear box, Bevel Gear boxes, Rack and pinion and replacing oil of different types of gear box.o Support the technical team for new developments with respect to production.o Operate overhead cranes, hydraulic accumulators, blowers, compressors and vacuum pumps.
