Current• Active Directory Administration & Troubleshooting – Including User Management, Creating and Managing OUS, Group, DC, Parent Domain, USER creation, GROUP security policy. • Monitoring MS Exchange DL Groups, Terminals Server, Monitoring & Managing Various Application Servers.• Managing, Configuring, and Troubleshooting Storage Use, Configuring, Administrating and Troubleshooting Network Connections and users.• Provide Level 2 support for Troubleshooting of software, hardware and network-related problems of client machines as well as servers.• Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.• Introducing and integrating new technologies into existing data center environments.• Performing routine audits of systems and software.• Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.• Installing and configuring new hardware and software.• Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.• Answering technical queries and assisting users.• Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.
