Drones have exploded themselves into commercial space with definitive use-cases in agriculture, surveying etc. We at FlytBase, provide a much needed software framework aka FlytOS which extends drone control functions in the form of simple easy-to-use APIs to help you seamlessly integrate any drone into your business. B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering, Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Kharagpur. In my four years of college, I have worked in various robotics projects of the university, during which I gained immense experience in the field of robotics. I love learning about new ideas, technology and how it can be used for personal and societal development.I am optimistic and always try to find solutions if encountered with a road block. I believe in the saying "Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish". I never stop dreaming, I always follow my heart.

    Kharagpur RoboSoccer Students' Group(KRSSG) was founded in the year 2009 to build up a working ground for robotics enthusiasts all over the university. KRSSG designs and develops robots which can play soccer autonomously. Currently, we are targeting to assemble robots in accordance to the rules of 'MiroSot League' of FIRA(Federation of International RoboSoccer Association) and 'Small Size League' of RoboCup. Since its inception the group has grown much bigger with a distinction of having participated in FIRA'10 and FIRA'13. In the latest event FIRA'13 held at Kuala Lumpur, we became the first ever team from India to win a MiroSot League Match at FIRA.

    During my two month stay over IRDE, DRDO(Dehradoon), I implemented "Fast Fourier Transform for Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave(FMCW), Laser-Range-Finder (LRF)" project in the Laser Instrumentation(LI) Division, IRDE. LRF sends a Frequency Modulated laser beam on a target defined by the user and the differential property of received and transmitted wave is used in calculating the range.The Laser Range Finder is currently undergoing field testing and in the last demonstration, it's result were accurate enough till 250m with a resolution of +/- 0.50m.Achievements:* Interfaced a VIRTEX-4 FPGA with AD7671 ADC, to convert the incoming reflected laser beam into digital signal.*Implemented FFT using logiCORE IP FFT v7.1.*Interface FPGA with another peripheral JHD-162A, a 16x2 LCD display, to display the range of the target object.
