Aan de hand van een haalbaarheidsstudie, marktonderzoek en massastudie vergaar ik informatie omtrent de mogelijkheden en of dit rendabele businesscase is en of er voldoende aansluiting is voor de wensen van de beoogde eindgebruikers/koper(s). As a real estate developer at Hillen & Roosen, my main goal is an adequate and optimal coordination of the entire development process of our projects.I am involved and responsible up to the draft development phase. From this phase, the technical team takes over from me and they take care of the technical feasibility. Furthermore, I am also actively looking for new development locations.
