As a Board Member of the AC Foundation, I contribute to guiding the foundation's mission of fostering sustainable development within the palm oil industry in Colombia. My responsibilities include strategic oversight, promoting social compliance systems and stakeholder engagement.

- Effectively led the mission team, providing strategic and operational guidance for the successful execution of education, health, nutrition, and entrepreneurship programs and projects that benefited 25,000 families in 5 departments of the country.- Represented the organization in events, meetings, and various networking spaces at the local, regional, and national levels, assuming a spokesperson role when required.- Effectively negotiated contracts, alliances, donations, and sponsorships to achieve the organization's expected financial sustainability and community impact. In 2023: perfected 7 multisectoral agreements, awarded the first competitive Abbreviated Selection contract, and achieved a 306% growth in the commercial area compared to the previous year.

- Spearheaded the legal representation of the organization, overseeing contract negotiations and the strategic management of the overall budget, ensuring financial health and compliance.- Harmonized organizational goals with the directives and policies set by the Board of Directors, and provided bimonthly presentations on financial and programmatic outcomes.- Led and empowered the Executive team to drive the organization's mission, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation to meet and exceed strategic objectives.

I managed and addressed inter-ethnic and intercultural conflicts in the Caribbean Coast, including Bolívar, Sucre, La Guajira, and Cesar. I promoted spaces for dialogue and negotiation with a participatory and inclusive approach, strengthening coexistence and legal security in the territories.-Executed a community accompaniment route following the comprehensive and methodological protocol for conflict resolution over the use and possession of land. Contributed to the progress in fulfilling the orders established in Judgment T-601 of 2016, collaborating with eight community councils in Arroyo Grande (Bolívar).

I ensured the implementation of good corporate governance practices and compliance with legal, market, and reputational commitments. I designed and monitored the execution of the strategic plan for social investment and communications for the associated companies. I fostered the relationship channel between associates and communities in the area of influence.- In the 47th edition of the National Congress of Palm Oil Growers, I obtained recognition for the ASOMUETUC Project as one of the three best practices for sustainable development in the country.- Achieved the affiliation of Fundepalma with the Association of Corporate Foundations (AFE) of Colombia, facilitating direct communication and the exchange of best practices with other members.

I ensured the effective execution of the Corporate Social Responsibility plan across the eight departments of the Caribbean coast. I monitored the risk matrix and local regulation impacting the operation.- Co-designed and scaled the "A Day for Them Caribbean" methodology, which involved over 500 employees in a volunteer project, achieving 85% of the national goal for donated hours in the Telefónica Volunteers program.- In 2017, I established strategic alliances to position global platforms for innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital education, impacting over 20,000 people in seven departments of the Atlantic coast.

Responsible for establishing and overseeing public-private partnerships, formalizing donations and strategic investments, and facilitating articulation spaces (events, fairs, working groups) with key actors from the private sector, foundations, and international cooperation. I connected, advised, and filtered strategies to increase services and attention to the agency's target population and other high-level presidential councils.- Formalized and supervised three public-private partnerships funded by the entity's resources, international cooperation (PADF/USAID, UNICEF, CM-CODESPA, IDB), and non-profit organizations (Cemex, Propal, and Carvajal Foundations), developing projects to reduce economic inequalities, increase community autonomy and governance, and create peacebuilding strategies.

Technical proposal development, planning, and management of projects aligned with mission objectives. Data analysis, provision of monitoring and evaluation reports for senior management decision-making, and coordination of administrative, financial, and contractual processes.- Between 2007 and 2009 I supported the Coordinator in the structuring and execution of a fundraising strategy with international agencies and organizations. I was able to arrange 8 projects financed by the DFID, GIZ, the National Democratic Institute and the National Endowment for Democracy, which were executed 100% according to schedule.- I led the process of linking Transparency for Colombia to the Latin American Network of Legislative Transparency (an initiative that brings together more than 30 organizations that monitor the Legislative Branch in 14 countries), opening a significant space for learning among peers, for the development and application of measurement instruments in the region and knowledge management.
