Working under the direct supervision of the Principal in Charge, I am responsible for the management, coordination and direction of all Architectural and Engineering services associated with the design and production of various retail and medical facilities. Project responsibilities included Client communications, code investigation, project program implementation, design presentation, Construction documents and primary review of the entire construction document package, including all consultant drawings.Additionally, I was accountable for the training and supervision of junior intern Architects assigned to the project team assuring the completeness of their assignments and the adherence to the project schedule.

-Support lead Architect and Project Managers in several design projects.-Manage projects from Schematic Design through Completion of Construction.-Review and process submittals.-Drafting and detailing.-Accountable for quality assurance of Project Documents.-Permitting process.-Responsible for Code Analysis and compliance of Project Design.-Communicate with Clients.-Coordinate existing Building layout with as-built drawings.-Provide training and supervision to employees.

• Generate and maintain AutoCad-based architectural working drawings and related documents.• Modify home plans for site-specific projects.• Revise existing AutoCad construction drawings.• Provides general administrative support for purchasing department including routine processing of correspondence from rough or revised draft, data entry in JDE, preparation and/or maintenance of miscellaneous reports and vendor files. May compile and verify information for reports.• Assist with special projects as requested and perform additional duties as required.• Work with field construction personnel to ensure continual plan improvements and accuracy.
