As Practce Manager I have a pleasure of working alongside a wonderful team of Specialist Geriatricians and allied health professionals who are dedicated to providing comprehensive aged care services to support patients to live their best lives. 𝐶𝑜𝑚𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑒𝑑 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑚𝑎𝑛𝑎𝑔𝑒𝑑 𝑤𝘩𝑎𝑡 𝑏𝑒𝑐𝑎𝑚𝑒 𝑎 𝑚𝑢𝑙𝑡𝑖𝑝𝑙𝑒-𝑠𝑖𝑡𝑒 𝑝𝑟𝑎𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑐𝑒.𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: ►Facilitated the financial management and provider set-up with Medicare/Health Funds and established operating lists for surgeons at hospitals, ensuring compliance with local and governing bodies. ►Oversaw the operation of what grew to be a 6-location, 12 ENT Specialist multi-set practice, managing 11 administrative staff, operating budgets, acquisition and fit out of new practice sites, revenue generation from billings, and compliance with legislation.►Managed HR by evaluating candidates, providing direction, training, and support, conducting evaluations and performance management by setting KPIs, terminating underperforming employees, and mentoring staff.►Implemented computer hardware and software, set up VPN, and developed operational systems and protocols.𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:✅ Initial set up of the practice including bank accounts, liaised with professionals to establish the legal structure of the practice, ensuring 100% compliance with all legal requirements.✅ Set up a new multi-site ENT surgical practice by amalgamating 3 existing solo practices and implementing sustainable growth strategies in conjunction with the directors. ✅ Established the initial site for ENTV at Mitcham Private Hospital, Mercy Private, East Melbourne, Sale and Shepparton Hospital Consulting Suites and managed all aspects of the practice’s development.✅ Led the fit-out and design of a large-scale commercial building project in Box Hill, negotiated with tenants, helped with their suite fit-outs.✅ Disbursed contractor payments, prepared service fee reports and oversaw all banking and aged debtors to reduce outstanding debts. ✅ Collaborated with a medical defence company on a pilot specialist accreditation program.✅ Negotiated rental/lease agreements for tenants and managed and implemented capital expenditure projects.

Women's and Men's Health Physiotherapy specialises exclusively in the area of continence management, pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation and physical conditions of pregnancy and the postnatal period. As practice management my role included financial management, HR management, practice development, IT set up and management.
