Assisting people to transition from rehabilitation or other temporary support services back into Community. A research based transitional model supports the development of a plan to assist individuals to re-integrate in a resourceful, sustainable, and purposeful way.

Pathways Tasmania Inc is a government funded not for profit organisation with DGR status. The organisation provides accommodation services for Homeless male youth and is in partnership with Velocity Church (and TPA) to run a residential drug rehabilitation centre. Pathways Tasmania hold two major fundraising events per year. The Freedom Ride which includes the 100 klm Freedom Fondo and other individual and family events, is held in March each year and is a significant contributor to the additional funding required to run Pathways programs. The Gala Dinner is held in September and bring businesses from across Southern Tasmania together to raise funds and hear about the positive contributions our programs make to the lives of those they serve.

Working with individuals and groups to build confidence and understanding in their unique identity to assist with finding work/solutions for living a life filled with Hope, Passion and Purpose. Currently I am:* Working with individuals to find and apply for work. Identifying their skills sets and preparing documentation that highlights their abilities and provides the employer with insight into who they are as a person. Bringing together the understanding of how business and employees interact, into the process which leads to higher success rates in the application process.* Collaborating with people from different cultures to understand the demographics and resources available to develop sustainable community practices to encourage and build up individuals. Bringing Hope to communities who are often forgotten or are in the "too hard basket" for local governments.*Discipleship mentoring - helping individuals to understand themselves, love themselves and bring about transformation in their lives and the lives of those around them through a new level of understanding about how to have healthy, engaging relationships.

Assisting individuals to find alternative employment or other activities post injury.

Working with the Events Manager to organise and train all volunteers who serve at this event. Churches from all denominations are invited to attend Church Together brings Tasmanian churches together to pray for our city.

Business Mentor Services Tasmania provides business mentoring to small businesses across Tasmania. Mentors with a range of experience are available to those needing support and guidance within their business. The newly introduced "Speed Dating" with mentors has been a tremendous success and provides businesses with the opportunity to ask a questions or a range of mentors to pick a solution/action that suits them. Women in Business Network provides the opportunity for women in business to come together and share their ideas and experiences for action and outcomes. A relaxed social environment where women can raise issues that are specific to balancing and managing their families and business.Meetings are currently held once a month in Hobart, Tasmania.Membership is available.
