Leading and guiding a multi-disciplinary team of 40 digital HW, Systems Integration and HDL engineers:- Managing 4 team leaders (HW, System Integration & HDL) working concurrently on 1-2 projects as well as 3-5 next generation products.- Leading and managing innovative multidisciplinary, next generation project.

Management of a diverse team (4 engineers, 5 non-engineers), in charge of multi-disciplinary technological development, and execution of short time to market projects:- End to end project lead, from system requirements specification, system engineering and architecture design, with very deep involvement in board-design. - Hardware as the main field, and a very deep involvement in software, mechanics, and integration processes.- Leading the research of future concepts, by analyzing past successes and current world-trends.

Experience in analyzing large, multi-disciplinary systems with strict reliability requirements:- Deep involvement in system architecture of small and large systems, from a reliability point-of-view.- Deep involvement in the entire development process of electronic boards, from requirements gathering to design, manufacturing, automated testing and integration.- Board design with focus on analog, digital and power circuits.- Hands-on root-cause failure analysis for large and small systems, including software reliability aspects.
