This give the live data of open and closed complaints and also manage the track of every engineer on field for batter engagement of service network.● Experienced in creating requirement gathering, capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes.● Have experience in documenting requirements which define the scope and objectives and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.● Having strong experience across the After-Sales processes and related best practices is necessary for customer management.● Developed 2 Major product line up: 1.
