Starting with the ideation and purpose of the department, to the creation & building of the department. ● Building and planning a network between the vendors and the customers/partners in Repos simultaneously, as they both serve a crucial part.● Created a Vendor Management system, which also helps in maintaining a healthy relationship with the Vendor. ● Created & drove The Revenue Centre(After sales services), which helps in generating the income for the company as well as maintaining ample stock of spares in store/regional stores to reduce the TAT time of Breakdown. ● Responsible for bringing Data Analytics Wing to predict preventive analysis and implement the same in routines.● Created Help Desk for the Service Engineering Department, which comprised different sections such as – Customer Care, Complaint Life cycle management, RCA and it’s possible solutions.● Have worked with Onthego FSM for Warranty Management and have hands-on experience of working on it. This give the live data of open and closed complaints and also manage the track of every engineer on field for batter engagement of service network.● Experienced in creating requirement gathering, capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes.● Have experience in documenting requirements which define the scope and objectives and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.● Having strong experience across the After-Sales processes and related best practices is necessary for customer management.● Developed 2 Major product line up: 1.
