• Ensuring all obligations arising from the contract / charter party are carried out, and that necessary requirements are complied with responsible for the Day to Day commercial operations of thevessel and ensure quick turnaround in ports.• Dealing with cargo and freight counter-parties, terminals and vessels on a regular basis regarding all post-deal activities ensuring all necessary operational information is passed on in good time and documentary requirements are met• Make cargo and vessel nominations, prepare and send voyage orders and monitor progress of vessels• Appoint and negotiate for best quotations for independent inspectors/expediters and PDA/Port agency• Ensuring all Operational Information is entered into Trading systems in timely fashion and ensure that adequate records are kept to meet the company's legal and fiscal obligations• Apart from Day to Day commercial operations of the vessel also planning the replenishment of the bunkers & Deslopping• Liaising with the Charterers / Brokers on the operational / commercial aspects• Liaising closely with the Internal Chartering Department for the fixing of vessels for Voyage Charterers I TC• Laytime calculations are prepared and shared wjth charterers as per CP terms and ensure and ensure demurrage us received well within agreed CP time for the completed voyages.•All vendor bills are checked within stipulated time and settled within the due date • Ensuring that the assessment and checking of claims from owners/brokers for demurrage, detention, deviation within the terms of the Charter Party is done in a timely manner in order to negotiate prompt settlements•Voyage P&L to be provided to management in timely manner•In regards of bunker supply in Oman as physical supplier, monitor bunker barge schedule in regards of loading and supplying bunkers in timely manner to meet the client’srequirements•New challenges faced in ports updated to Chartering department so same can be included in the next fixture

Handling Vessel Operations and Post Fixtures,• Responsibility for ensuring that the vessel's voyage is performed as per charter party and quick turnaround in ports.• Send voyage instructions to Master upon vessel fixture, also handle Bunker requirement, spare parts supply and CTM as per vessel request• Handling CPP & crude in WAFR • Follow-up on the vessel's operations/schedules and the implementation of company procedures in coordination with ship's agents, ship's command and other line's departments
