My role is to lead 3 teams, to achieve company goal to meet client SLAs which mainly includes: team’s daily production issues, individual’s target, feedback, trainings, shift roster, leave management etc.• Primary responsibilities are Operation Management, Client Management and Revenue Management.• Operations Management includes:Reviewing productivity of each associate and set targets accordingly.Work on SWOT study for associates and for the production managers.Evaluate associates/pm on performance to target basis• Client Management includes:Prepare accurate DASHBOARD reports of the work done and share the same with higher management and with the client.• Daily/Weekly communication with the client on the work received, problems faced and workload forecast etc.• Showing more business opportunities to the client.
