Leading a team of 12 associates for Regulatory Rating, Statement Tracking, and Financial Statement Spreading operations> The transition of Regulatory Rating and Statement Tracking Process through TTT program> Conduct process training for new joiners and move them into production as per defined timelines> Conduct quality calibration meetings with client to understand gaps> Independently manage client escalations through email and over the phone> Perform regular client interactions for day to day operations management> Ensure 100% delivery of process metrics including Quality and TAT> Maintain daily quality, TAT & production reports> Share volume projections with client> Prepare process maps through Visio> Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures and QA procedures & checklist> Prepare weekly & monthly process dashboards for review with the client> Perform monthly Risk Assessment of the process for internal reporting> Conduct goal setting exercise for all the associates> Conduct annual appraisals for associates, monthly one-o-one of the associates, discuss their performance, identify competencies and groom them for next role

The process involves acquiring Securities and releasing of security taken against the Loans. Creating thedocuments for the security given by the clients against the loan taken, releasing the property of the client on the repayment of the loan.> Create legal documents for guarantors of the new security within stipulated TAT of 24 hrs> Conduct process training for new joiners> Provide floor support to existing associates> Perform quality audit for entire team> Prepare daily MIS reports
