Product Design(Low cost automation solutions) and execution for various companies ( Bajaj, Gudel, LMW, Bosch, Pricol, Mahindra, etc)Designing includes -1) Designing of low cost Automation solutions2) Visiting Customer site if required for the issues / inputs.3) DAP submission and approval4) CBO list preparation and approval5) Detailed design once DAP approved.Other -1) Product inspection for functional requirements by customer and creating a test report for the system.2) Actual dimension verification for product3) Logic testing(PLC) for bugs.4) After commissioning visits if any issues.
