Conducting regular Quality dashboard calls with clients, responsible to produce the essential Dashboards and Trackers.6. Managing the Client Comeback Resolution Process.

• Statement downloading for the day from bank website for postings purpose.• Posting of Journals like Accrual, Transfer, Inter company Transfer, Adjustment entry, expenses, Depreciation entry etc.• Balancing the General Ledger v/s sub Ledger to ensure that all entry are posted correctly• To follow the Day End process the to give effect of journals to its respective accounts• Investigation of the differences in the GL.• Passing of adjustment entry, interest calculations at the time of month end.• Passing of the remittance entry to clear the differences• Prepare aging reports and follow with the customer regarding the payments. • Bank Account reconciliation performance on weekly basis, download the bank statement from Web and compare with system balance, prepare reconciliation report send for review to finance responsible person for approval.• Preparation of Flash Report consists of Actual sales, payroll, budgeted sales, payroll, Cost of sales actual, Cost of sales budgeted figures. On the basis of that, prepare Flash Report and send for review to finance responsible person.• Creation of Customer Invoices/ Sales Invoices for client on monthly basis.• Preparing details collection from customers, handling the Sales department, handling around 6 Clients Petty cash book.• Handling client mail box for the process of Sales Invoicing. Ensuring all deliverable delivered to Client & meets the stringent standards.
