Worked as the technical support officer for BT (British Telecom) by providing technical support for broadband and router configuration. It was the software based support through Resolve Tool.We used to solve the customers issue over the phone by detecting where the issue is lying either a network fault, area fault ,faulty router, faulty modem or faulty filter, If the issue was with the hardware we used to replace the faulty part and resolve the software related issue.

Project Undertaken: Installation of PET/CT Discovery 600.; Medical Electronics.Application: Handling different modalities in the same field.Project Summary: I had worked for six complete months on the hardware as well as the software used in Different Modalities. This work included the setup as well as the maintenance of the working hardware. I have worked almost as a; to the extent of my technical capabilities. Doing all these I have acquired a lot of knowledge about the working of my department. I was the part of one of the most happening and demanding field of Medical Electronics and spending Six months into it really proved very useful to us.Visited different hospitals for maintenance and installation for MRI and PET/CT units and gave them the throughout support for software and hardware
