As Project Manager, I am responsible for anchoring the overall business under the following key themes:Digital Product Development• Developed and executed a customer-centric digital product roadmap enabling PULSE to lead across B2C/B2B domains.• Defined product requirements with the Application Developers to build ambitious and executable roadmapsStrategy and Operational Responsibilities• Led the management team in developing the EV Charging strategy and an innovative “Charging as a Service” Platform to ensure maximization of the company's medium and long-term objectives and profitability.• Supervised all business activities related to implementing the PULSE strategy, emphasizing the “platform approach” by implementing adequate operational planning and financial control systems.Business Development• Identified and recommended new business opportunities consistent with the PULSE concept Project Management• Worked with diverse stakeholders across end-to-end deployment of EV fast charging infrastructure, including the initial feasibility study, negotiating the lease agreement with the host, and liaising with the utility provider and the contractor on-site to deliver the project on time and within budget. Handled installation of 20 fast and ultra-fast charging stations in the UAE.

Worked in a corporate incubator to pursue New Venture development in the Smart mobility domain. • Designed and implemented various e-mobility services under ION (A JV between Crescent Enterprises and the Beeah-Sharjah Government). Key milestones achieved were as follows:• Launch of UAE’s first Electric Vehicle Ride-Hailing service in collaboration with Careem.• Launch and full operational responsibility of corporate ride-sharing scheme in Masdar City.• Operational responsibility for running three autonomous vehicles in Masdar City.• Devising group strategy to make all operations carbon neutral.• Supervised P&L for EV fleet and worked on a business plan to venture into Sustainable Mobility as a Service space. Maintained a Balanced Scorecard for Management Reporting• Negotiated Contracts with supply chain partners for distributorship in the UAE• Authored the Sustainability Report section for ION for the group Sustainability Report• Undertook Carbon foot-printing for the business unit and developed a proposal to apply for carbon credits

Worked with the LORME leadership team and assisted them in executing strategic projects. Key highlights:• Assisted the leadership team in the strategic turnaround of the Modular business. (A prefabricated bathroom pod with an annual turnover of AED 100m).• Developed and delivered a leadership development programme along with the Operations Director, a C-Suite workshop on the contribution of Business Excellence and Quality management on the bottom line.• Led the business-wide transition for ISO 14001:2015 and drafted the company's Middle East sustainability framework.

The Energy Club represents 3,800 members including students, faculty and over 2,200 alumni working in the energy industry globally.Energy Club members have interest and experience in sectors such as upstream and downstream oil and gas, power, utilities, renewables, finance and consulting.The club aims to:Develop strong ties between London Business School and the energy community - energy companies, regulators and other players in the energy sectorProvide a forum for students, alumni and energy professionals to share ideas and knowledge

Co-founded Climate Connect and established an Indian arm. Involved in setting up business processes for different verticals within the company, Business Development / Strategic tie-ups within the Asian region and advising the team on logistics, human resources and web development. Major milestone achieved:• Authored “Durban conference summary and impact analysis” of UNFCCC’s COP-17 held in December 2011.• Addressed a press conference at UN Climate Conference- COP-17 to showcase a survey among 147 key industry players in global carbon markets.• Generated revenue of USD 200,000 in the first 2.5 years of operations in 2011-12 and 2012-13. Also strategized company entry into Australia with the onset of Clean Energy Legislation in 2011.• Led Climate Connect’s entry into China. Played a crucial role in conducting Emission Trading Dialogue for Guangdong Industrial Enterprises along with the International trade body IETA (International Emission Trading Association)• Established critical processes within the company to cater to Client satisfaction based on Agile Project Management principles. Demonstrated cost savings of 30% to clients.• Recruited and mentored the core team of analysts with a strong background in environmental science.• Co-led seed investment into the company in 2013 valued the company at USD 6 Million. Renew Power (RNW (NASDAQ) acquired Climate Connect in 2020.

o Assisted the Quality Manager in planning, establishment, implementation, monitoring and maintaining of Quality Management System-ISO 9001, Project’s specific QA/QC Systems, and Environmental Management Systems-o ISO 14001. Also conducted awareness training Programmes on Management System Standards & Best Construction Practices.

As Engineer Quality I was responsible for1.Maintaining a regular and exhaustive Quality Reporting regime for the UAE business2.Analysing Non Conformance Reports at various sites and providing the Project Management Team with possible solution3. Assisting Auditors during the ISO 9001 auditing process from the auditee's side

Worked as team member at Atlantis Construction Management Team (ACMT) which gave me an excellent opportunity to learn how to manage a mega Construction project and coordinate with workforce from different cultures and nationalities

Work on The Atlantis on Palm Jumeirah as a Graduate Engineer Trainee and looked after post tensioning on East Royal Tower. Was also part of water quality monitoring effort by developer Nakheel.
