Started a new organisation on campus with the vision to instill 'build' culture on campus. The goal is to help insti junta build something that people want and our willing to pay for. We help insti folks build using nocode tools. The only metric that we look out for is, " How many teams launched their products in market successfully and moved beyond the deck"

Another inflection point... I was part of a team which was recently acquired by them. Got opportunity to work with the founders (acquired startup's) directly and build products from 0 to 1.Built a secured credit card stack ( CC against FD ) & a Digital Underwriting Stack. Which was also launched in GFF'23.

Went from 1 to 10!Made the dream an reality, enter InternFair as a product. Built a full stack platform for hiring. Removed grunt work and eliminated literally every manual processes. Scaled operations from chennai to 6 metro cities. Scaled activities from 5 to 18 and formalised the concept of products as initiatives. Also our revenue multiplied by 2x, startup engagement by some 3.4x and we had over 25+ VC partnerships.All thanks to my lovely & dedicated team!

My Startup & VC 101. Introduced the concept of productising our work - we did internfair largely using gsheets and lot of grunt work & some events here and there largely focused on investments. One cool thing was SSP(Startup Service Program) which gave us an opportunity to work with startups and help them go 0 to 1.

Inflection point in my career... got driver seat exposure to the industry. Truly understood the importance of good research and network. Spent lot of time doing DD in Fintech & SaaS Space. Later went on to explore ClimateTech.

Joined largely because of the network and fomo. Was introduced to social impact and how amazing/fulfilling it is. Loved the energy with which NGOs work given their limited resources

Started out, aim was to organise the adventure toursim market in India. - 250+ paying customers, 4 pilots and few pivots.-Recognised as 2nd best Startup in IIT Madras' 2020-21-2nd in Startup Series Conducted by E-Cell, IIT MadrasFailed to scale up and eventually had to shut down. Lost lot of money in the third wave. Major learnings: - Team building and cofounder dynamics are very important. Invest lot of time in understanding and choosing your team. - 100 customers want 1000 things, if you try fulfilling everything you will end up satisfying none. Priortisation is key - Spend time with your power users, understand not just their problem but how they think, live and operate. - Having cashflow's early on always helps

Joined TechSoc, lead the new team. The goal was to increase the technical culture and eventually win the Inter IIT Tech Meet Cup. Revisited lot of things we did and restructured the entire organisation in this tenure
