CurrentMACD (Move, Add, Change and Delete) of devices on Service Now and Provisioning and De-provisioning of devices in Logic Monitor.• Configuring Secure CRT jump server to check the device status and SNMP configuration.• Adding different properties in LM for network devices.• Use of Meraki Portal to make changes to the SNMP config alert as well as sending SNMP traps.• Remote management and proactive provisioning, monitoring of Network Monitoring Tool.• Identify, extract information to resolve the task and for adding and removing the devices in Provisioning.• Create a note of all the commands to better understand the series of command used to extract information from the Jump server.• Co-ordination with the team members, working with client and SDM’S over calls to identify, extract information to resolve the task.• Intermediate level of understanding in MS Excel for Creating, Filtering, Modifying & Applying Data Filters and updating CT – Capture Templates.• Understand the default process/format used for email communication with the SDM's which includes different parameters while sending an email.• Train and Mentor team members• Provide technical inputs for weekly/ monthly customer service review reports.
