Extensive experience on US tax terms W2(Full Time & Contract).• Excellent work knowledge of USA Visa types (GC, US Citizen).• Experience in IT Recruitment (US Process), working on W2 Requirements from Direct Clients.• Sourcing the right candidates for the requirements using different job portals like CB, Dice andMonster.• Negotiation on rates and taking rate confirmation.• Submission of weekly performance reports to the Team head and Manager.• Expertise in using various sourcing techniques like internet job postings, database, referrals, print and internet advertisements, head hunting, cold calling, networking, etc.• High energy, highly motivated, and self directed.• Excellent verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills.• Personable, easy going, creative, flexible, professional, team player, and ability to work independently in a technically challenging, fast paced environment.
