As a product team leader, project manager and develop team leader, responsible for credit card acquiring system include online and offline payment gateway, payment system, anti freud system, front end processor system.Main Role is as below:Work as a senior product manager, project leader and leader of a development team.• Engage with all relevant cross-functional teams (marketing team, operation team, senior management team, software architect team, operation and maintenance team) to gather support and mobilize required resources for product development.• Develop foreign card acquiring and cross border payment product strategy, roadmap, business case, and project schedule for credit card acquiring and cross border payment product, and lead the development team to deliver results align with the project milestone.• Define detailed product requirements, scope, metrics, define and track KPIs, and rapidly iterate and improve.• Drive product development by building end to end solutions from 0 to 1, and ship continuous improvements to the product.• Participate in the QA process to ensure the final product meets the business design.• Collect customer feedback and work with multiple teams and partners like Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Discover, and CIL to improve customer satisfaction and experience.• Provide and arrange technical training to improve team ability in understanding complex technical logics, interface, flow and partner service for higher efficiency in product development.• Provide user manual and product training to operation team and marketing team.Yinsheng is an acquirer regulated by the people's bank of China, yearly transaction volume 3 trillion RMB.Yinsheng has membership of Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, America Express, Unionpay for acquirer, issuer and processor.
