Hello and Namaste, I, Shashi Agrawal, have always been excited and elated to do something for the betterment of people who suffer from mental stress and emotional weaknesses.Before diving deep into this, I would like to share a backstory.• In 1991, I completed my M.HSc. in child development with the first position at my university. • After the completion of my studies, I was married to an amazing gentleman and received a job offer for the position of associate professor.• Due to the prevalence of patriarchy in those years, I was compelled to reject the job offer. • After 2.5 years of getting engrossed in my married life and chores, I gave birth to a lovely son, Shashank. • Unfortunately, life took an unexpected turn when my husband passed away in a car accident after six months of holding Shashank and his arms for the first time. • Life came to a standstill, and I became clueless in every way. This was the time when I regretted rejecting that job offer and realised that it was my biggest mistake. • I started facing setbacks at every step. The biggest challenge was to understand the emotional needs of my son. • He started becoming numb, frustrated, and unexpressed in front of his friends at school.• I began to doubt my upbringing because my son was not able to feel the happiness that other children did. • This was the day when I took a dream to support every person's emotions in whatever way I could. ▪In recent times, academic and corporate pressure has made people machines, which is an alarming matter. ▪This brings an imbalance in their:➡Careers➡Relationships➡Financial States➡Spiritual Growth➡Academics ▪To help people manage their emotions, I am finally ready to start my journey.▪After being a homemaker for 30 years, I've found my heart and soul, BHAVALAY, where emotions give wings to success. ✅ Our mission is to help youngsters manage their emotions effectively.
