Eou operation• Exports - Planning- pre-shipment documents, IUT Shipments, SEZ with an attested bill of Entry, Cha approval for the type of shipping bill filing, etc, Post shipments Documents: Bank Negotiation as per L/C conditions, Pre alert and post-Alert to customers, EP copy, AR E 1 certification, etc• Imports- Approval of B.E filling, Bonding, Ct3, De-bonding, B-17 bond execution etc• RG 16 and B-17 bond re-credits• AR E 3, Re-warehousing certificate, De-bonding, Ct3, job-work permission, etc• Logistic planning and distribution• Negotiation with Cha, the shipping company, and freight forwarder for freight rates• Coordination with production • Customs statutory • Coordination to cha, consolidations agent, air-line, etc• Customs audit• Re-export • Re-import (Reverse Logistic) & Debonding ( Raw material /CG)• Ensure the smooth following of exports and imports operations• Cha, Freight forwarders, Freight bills approval 2. Refunds• - Duty drawback of sections 74 and 75• -Cst Refund• -Terminal Excise duty refund - Special additional duty refund (SAD)3. Order Management process, Execution & Transit insurance claims• Order’s to invoice process • Visit Key clients for a better understanding of logistic issues• Approving the invoice in all aspects like(Unit rate , qty, cst amount, Tin no, Scheme of booking like –ct3,10/97 )• Ensuring all documents are correct as exemptions like 10/97, CT3 and Road Permit as per the states• Ensuring the invoices reach to store for all dispatch• Instruction to the store on the mode of dispatch and the name of the transport• Any enquires in regard to dispatch to all business Managers, Sales Managers, Service Engineers, and customers• Any details to R.O in regard to L/R or POD or shipments• Monitoring the delivered and undelivered shipments and analyzing the transit time 4. Usd collection :• Monitor the targets
