As a member of the Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation (GMRC) Ltd in the capacity of Assistant Manager Civil, I am privileged to oversee the Monitoring of the Design, Construction, and completion of three Major underground stations, namely Kapodra, Labheshwar Chowk, and Central Warehouse, as well as the Construction of twin tunnels with two EPB TBM’s spanning 3.46km in connection with the Surat Metro Rail Phase-I.Project Management: - Assigned responsibilities encompass drafting contractual notices/letters and updating project schedules to ensure efficient project management. This includes the preparation of comprehensive project monitoring plans, the evaluation of claims for variation/change, and the administration of construction contracts to facilitate well-informed decision-making. Furthermore, have tasked for preparing comprehensive project monitoring plans that cover design, safety, quality, and physical progress. This involves clearly defining contract objectives, scope, timelines, and resource requirements.Contract/Dispute Management: - Assigned for reviewing, analysing, and handling contractual claims and variations totalling 40 Crores. This entails employing strategic and negotiating tactics to responsibly manage claims and achieve amicable settlements. Additionally, responsible for preparing statements of defence (SoD) and counter claims for various disputed matters at pre-arbitral stages/arbitral stage. Moreover, reviewing and analysing the work programs to identify deviations and delays, with a focus on mitigating risks and optimizing project outcomes.Cost Management: - Adept at administering construction contracts, conducting rate analysis of various unforeseen items/works, Prolongation cost and facilitating informed decision-making through detailed cost breakdowns and reports.

As the part of the RVNL (Ahmedabad PIU) team member I was privileged to manage the overall budgeting preparation of new Special Limited Tenders & Single tenders and cost management of Ahmedabad - SBI’ D- Cabin -Botad Gauge Conversion Project encasing of 165.4km in the Bhavnagar Division of Western Railway.Railway Work Estimates: - Assigned for the formulation and endorsement of the revised estimate for the entirety of the Ahmedabad – Botad Railway Project, as assigned by the Railway Board (Western Railway). This responsibility entails the preparation of estimates for entire gauge conversion, preparation of executive report detailing the comprehensive scope of the project with respect to approved work from Railway Board. Tender: - Assigned the responsibility of preparing the New Special Limited Tenders (SLT) and Single Tenders (ST) for last mile activities & Quotation Works. Additionally, I was tasked with preparing pre-tender estimates, detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and Bidding documents for approval by the Competent Authority of RVNL. Furthermore, have also assigned to undertake the evaluation of bids by convening the Bid Evaluation Committee (BEC) and drafting briefing notes to assess the reasonability of quoted rates by the bidders .Cost Management: - The assessment of contractual claims and identification of necessary supplementary items to finalize the remaining tasks for project commissioning entails the drafting of variation notes for approval, conducting impact assessments, evaluating cost implications, adjusting schedules, and addressing contractual ramifications. Additionally, overseeing the analysis of rates for non-scheduled or new items and managing all contractual matters and bill reconciliations are integral responsibilities.Dispute Management: - Evaluating the final agreeable cost for the client as per the contractual conditions and drafting the report of amicable settlement for the disputes for the rates
