Statutory Compliance ▪ GST: Collection and payment of tax, on time Filing of Monthly and Annual Returns.Handling GST cases. ▪ Taxation: Preparation, Computation and E-filling of Company and Individual, Preparation of financial statement. Handling Issues of Income tax & TDS matter, Online Payment & Return Filling of TDS & Taxes etc, Process of payroll, Professional Tax & Provident Fund. Accounts Maintenance of books of accounts, like Fixed Assets Register, Purchase & Sales Register , BRS , Stock Statement Preparation , Inter & Intra unit accounts reconciliation, supervising payroll and finalization of company’s accounts. Supervising all accounting activities with accounting principles of GAAP. ▪ Management & Cost Accounting: Drafting & Participate in financial modeling and forecasting of transaction, MIS Reports like Budgets, Quarterly, Monthly and Weekly Reports, to monitor & control financial of cash application, cash flow▪ Aging Payables/ Receivables Management: Interacting with banks for Funds Routing., requests coming via e-mails etc. process of AP & AR ▪ Audit : Preparing and finalizing statutory/ tax audits with auditors and ensuring all compliances under the regulatory acts and other statutory bodies. Making recommendations to the management in order to ensure that accounts are prepared and maintained in conformity with statutory obligations & Coordinating for Due Diligence Compliances. Scope of Work as Holders Mapping & Customer Management, Export , Admin Activities, Payroll Support &MISo Negotiate contracts and close agreements o Handling DRT, High Court Matters.Build and maintain successful relationships with Management. o Drafting client account plan based on discussions related to the client's needs and goals of hiring on quarterly basis. o Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings.
