 Responsible for Engine & powertrain transmission parts design (Transmission case, Differential Housing, Engine head, Engine block, Gearbox Housings, Flywheel housing) for various customers like M&M, ITL,TML, JCB, EICHER, ESCORTS, KUBOTA, CNH, John Deere etc. Working on CFD software Pro-Cast to predict defects in final Engine parts during production (shrinkage, porosity, blowhole, fluid flow etc.) & RFQ. Responsible for Tool design in New Product Development, Adding shrinkage allowance, Gating system design, Modification of Tooling and D&D documentation.  IATF 16949 and EHS audit preparations. Tool design verification and validation with Tool Room (DVP) and ECN/PCN implementation & tolerance stack up analysis. Managing & maintaining preventive & predictive maintenance schedules to optimize efficiency of Tooling, thereby enhancing the overall efficiency in operations for production. Working with CFT Team for APQP, RFQ, PFMEA, WHY-WHY-ANALYSIS etc. Worked on VA/VE & CRE projects to make parts cost effective.

Preventive maintenance & routine maintenance planning & execution of all the Tooling [Brackets, Flywheel, Bend pipes , Pressure plates etc. of various companies like Ashok Leyland, Meritor, Star Pipe, Valeo etc.] Design new tools consistent with customer needs and internal production requirements striving low maintenance, high productivity, low material consumption and automation. Utilized most advance techniques available such as Magma-Soft for casting simulation to finalize tool design. Design and developing of trucks fabricated parts into casting.
