Job Description: Implementation and monitoring of Green Towers initiative which is a comprehensive energy efficiency and alternate energy Program covering high impact initiatives, which are aimed at reducing diesel usage and therefore the carbon footprint. Ensuring recovery of expected benefit of Special Projects being implemented for reduction of Energy Cost and in case of deviation finding out RCA and its early closure. Monthly Tracking of Energy Cost Vs AOP target. Closure of Energy Rate sign-off with all OPCO. Energy Cost and Energy Variance Optimization (Major driver being DCEM and EB Bills validation and Correction) Operational Energy Dispute Management with different Opco Audit and Process Compliance Management.Key Achievements: Energy Cost Optimization by 14% in FY 23-24 & 9% in FY 22-23. DCEM Reading Compliance Improvement from 95% to 99% and DCEM Billing Compliance Improvement from 90% to 98%. Energy Variance Reduction from 5.5% in FY 22-23 to 2.2% in FY 23-24.

Ensuring timely payment of validated electricity bills to SEB to avoid EB Arrear & LPSC penalty and getting benefit of Rebate.- Reconciliation of Unjustified eb bill with SEB Personnel centrally in their Head Quarter.- Ensuring EB Bill Process Compliance and its sustenance with improvement.- Maintenance of Electrified Sites in case of damage in shortest possible time to ensure maximum utilization of grid. This is done throughvendors with proper validation of estimate being received and raising of Purchase Order.- Closure of EB Rate sign-off with all Fixed Energy model OPCO (Airtel, Vodafone, Idea, RJio, RCom, Telenor).- Closure of EBRH sign-off with AST monthly and ensuring reduction of Solar Cost month on month well below target set by organization.
