Talent Associate Specialist
- Gathering requirements from Account Manager. Analyze, understand the requirements, source the profiles, shortlist the candidates, negotiate the rates with vendors, and submit them to the account managers in the best.
- Get confirmation from consultants/employers pay rate: hourly/per day/annual through e-mail on rateconfirmation agreement.
- Expertise in Sourcing through Job Boards (Career Builder, Monster, Dice) and LinkedInRecruiter.
- Experience with Ceipal Applications tracking system (ATS).
- Working on various US Tax Terms like W2, C2C & 1099.
- Proficient in Office 365 (MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, etc.)
