As a Senior Project Manager IT at Quality Council of India (QCI), I lead and oversee multiple projects related to user research, data analysis, system design, and development, ensuring that they meet the client requirements and expectations. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver timely and quality solutions that align with the QCI's mission and vision. In my previous roles at QCI, I have contributed to several successful projects, such as the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (NABH) portal, the Quality Management System (QMS) certification, and the ZED maturity assessment model.
