Coordinating with Field Engineers for obtaining site status reports for updates on OFC project progress.Undertaking tests & inspections for ensuring operational effectiveness of equipment.Project & planning of new OFC backbone routes/sites for equipments installation and Commissioning.Project execution with HDD, T&D, Mauling, Fibre Blowing (Manual & Machine) & Aerial work for the Fibre extension & termination at new routes, BTS & Customer connectivity sites.Project preparation, Estimation, Drawing, Awarding Contract of service, Lisioning with NHAI/Govt/Local bodies. Responsible for Complete OFC project rollout (more than 2200 Kms) ensuring rollout as per plan, Acceptance testing according to quality parameters, Performance monitoring and audit of vendor teams.Responsible for coordination with other departments and field staff for timely completion of assigned work for Trunkey Based ADSS live line Fiber project as per company requirement.Project activities up gradations of equipments for the Turnkey Live Line Installation of ADSS Project of 1800Kms, as per Network requirement.Responsible to lead and involve the Project team members to coordinate with multifarious support departments such as, Documentation, QA-QC, with Project site.Responsible for Material, Manpower & vendor management and verification of vendor’s bills/invoices of Trunkey Based Project.Responsible for monitoring and reporting to management related to Project activities on daily, Weekly & monthly through MIS (including critical area and critical activity).

Responsible for Complete Optical Fiber Cable project (more than 2800 Kms) ensuring rollout as per the plan in Intracity & Intercity routes in Uttar Pradesh, Uttaranchal & Uttarakhand area.Execution of laying work, splicing, jointing, using OTDR, link testing and blowing of optical fiber cable.Responsible for liquidation of punch points, Site AT and documentation, Final inspection & handing over of site.Responsible for Overall project activities – Interaction with service partner for understanding of Scope of Work, Project updates, Site inspection – Report submission & Payment follow up. Initiate and follow up for the Demand Draft for the ROW permissions from Government & other agencies with the co-ordination of site engineers, contractors & sub-contractors.Responsible for coordination with other departments and field staff for timely completion of assigned work for FA/Wire line project as per company requirement.

Site supervision, Planning and execution of OFC & Copper Project (more than 1100 Kms) and end to end responsibility and Finalization of specifications for equipment for customer base wire line service.Projection of New Sites for expanding the customer base in wire line services. Day to day monitoring and taking care of planning schedule to ensure timely completion of the project.Responsible for lying of copper cable, Optical Fiber Cable, Cable jointing, Earth-Testing, building wiring and its maintenance work for customer base in wire line services.Responsible SLA adherence in circle on complaint resolution, maximize customer delight by integrating customer facing functions of Customer Care.Interact with the local Network, O&M team to facilitate fault resolution & corrective actions. Responsible for SLA Adherence on various complaint buckets.Responsible for Operations and Maintenance of the complete copper network and timely installations and service to the customers.
