I have over 20 years of experience in the financial and entrepreneurial sectors, with a passion for supporting underrepresented founders and innovators. My mission is to leverage my skills, network, and resources to help bridge the funding gap and create more opportunities for Black, Latino, and Women entrepreneurs. I am currently the Managing Director and Head of Ventures for Hearst Level Up, where I lead investments in early-stage, tech-enabled startups led by diverse founders.In my role, I oversee the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investments, as well as the post-investment support and growth of our portfolio companies. I work closely with Hearst executives, business units, and external partners to provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and access to Hearst's global media and information assets. I also actively engage with the broader ecosystem of founders, investors, and organizations that share our vision of fostering a more equitable innovation economy.
