Offshore topside module analysis and design.

Works done to be listed as follows :1. Grasped in- depth basic concept of structural designing. 2. Drawing reading of steel and concrete structures, Understood the significance of each and every symbols used. 3. Got familiar with structural designing codes and standards used. Indian standards : IS - 875 : all parts, IS 456, IS 800Others : AISC 360, AWS, API, DNV etc. 4. Analysis and design of industrial sheds on Staad-Pro. Got aware of software limitation and accuracy. 5. Design of gantry girder by means of excel and manual checks.

Project title - " Completion of Balance Work of four laning of Panikoili to Rimuli Section of NH -215 ( New NH 20 ) from Km 0.00 to Km 163.000 (Design Ch. Km 0.00 to Km 166.173) in the State of Odisha on Single Percentage Item Rate Contract ". Key responsibilities : (1) Managed construction schedule with the contractors within 24 hr of reporting. (2) Accompanied, obverved and carried out site survey using Auto level and Total station. (3) Led and assisted quality checks of soil, cement, aggregate (coarse & fine), bitumen and concrete with a team of 12 colleagues. (4) Witnessed and assisted in formulating the pavement layers which includes : a. Natural Ground Level (NGL) b. Original Ground Level (OGL) :- 150 mm thickness c. Embarkment :- 200 mm / per layer Until we get FRl (Finished Road Level) d. Subgrade :- Grade I (250 mm) & Grade II (250 mm) e. Granular Sub-base (GSB) :- As Per Design f. Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) :- 1st Layer 125 mm & 2nd Layer 125 mm g. Prime Coat :- 7 to 10 kg per 10 sq.m h. Track Coat :- 2.5 to 3 kg per 10 sq.m i. Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM) :- Grade I (75 to 100) & Grade II (50 to 75) j. Track Coat :- 2 to 3 kg per 10 sq.m k. Bituminous Concrete (BC) :- Grade I (50 to 75) & Grade II (30 to 50) l. Road Marking (5) Maintained Daily Progress Report (D.P.R) of all site activites.

Project title - " An approach to B2B Sales and Marketing ". Key responsibilities : (1) Researched, observed and analyzed various real time business cases and prepared reports of the insights. (2) Overseen detailed analysis on business planning and development strategies. (3) Conducted detailed analysis of marketing strategies which includes Marketing mix, Inbound marketing, Content marketing, Digital marketing, Search engine optimization, Ad creatives, Writing etiquettes, Business model, Account based marketing, O2C cycle and much more. The project was conducted according to a carefully designed process for developing messages to improve the public understanding of organization strategy. It can be concluded that the product strategy defines what the product should achieve and how that supports the organization. The strategy outlines the end-to-end vision of the product, particularly on achieving the product strategy and the picture context in terms of what the product will become. A good quality product with right pricing will capture a huge market share. It is hard to imagine the future of a business without digital marketing. The marketing concept has a significant role to play in a strategy development and corporate success.

Project title : " Construction of Road Under Bridge (R.U.B) by Box Pushing Technology, a project under South Eastern Railway constructed at LC 103, Chakulia, Jharkhand ". Key responsibilities : (1) Accompanied and carried out site survey using Auto level and Total station with reference point taken as topmost section of Railway track. (2) Performed quality check tests of materials conforming to their respective IS codes which includes : a. Testing of soil - Free swell index, Grain size analysis, Atterberg limit, Field dry density. b. Testing of cement - Fineness test, Consistency test, Setting time, Compressive strength. c. Testing of aggregates - Shape test (3) Conducted quality check of concrete which includes slump test conforming to IS 1199-1159 and compressive strength test conforming to IS 516- 1959. (4) Assisted in the construction of RCC box culvert of dimension 9.35m*10.2m*6.85m with M35 grade concrete, thrust bed with M20 grade of concrete provided with 84 numbers of pin packets for sliding or pushing, laying of PCC and RCC with M20 & M35 grade respectively and other various segments as per drawing. (5) Accomplished the insertion of box using jacking operation with an applied pressure of 400KN to 600KN. (6) Maintained timely and accurate project documentation.
