• QA Documentation Preparation and Confirmation of Control Plan, CTQ, First Piece Inspection & Patrolling Inspection as per 3 Layered Inspection System.• New Product Development Trial & Confirmation through Process Validation.• Utilization of 7 QC TOOLS to Improve Quality and Provide Training to Inspector & Operator.• Adequate Knowledge about Problem Solving Technique 8D, Why-Why Analysis, Root Cause Analysis.• Making and Updating IPO ( Input Process Output) Documentation of Bending and Fabrication Line.• 20 Basic Quality System Implementation on Shop Floor as per customer requirements.• Attending Customer Complaints and take ICA and Provide Detailed action Plan with CAPA (6W2H),FTA & Action with 20 Basic Quality System.• Apply the Part Traceability for Defect proof parts and Inspection Confirmation by Inspector. • Conducting Customer IPO Audit and monitoring the NC’s raised Close NC’s and Provide Action Plan to Customer. • Preparation of SOP/ OPL and Visualize on Specific Location/stage as per requirement• Daily Welding Process Parameter Inspection as per 3 Layered Inspection System.• Responsible for Gauge Calibration, Gauge Inspection, weekly Gauge & Fixture Audit and clear NC’s Observed.• Modification of Inspector Skill matrix, Inspection Attendance Monitoring Sheet with 3 layered System.• Display Welding Defect Gallery and Provide training to Inspector/Operator• ALP- PLP Samples Preparation and Sign off with Customer.• Conduction Monthly Internal Audit and Customer Audit and communicate report with customer.• Closely Monitoring of Welding Leakage testing- Dry Leakage, Wet Leakage, Bar-code Engraving and Training to Inspector. Making SOP.• Attend Monthly meeting and Presentation of Q Pillar in MRM to Management on CC, IHR, Line Development.• Daily Poka-Yoke Sustenance Audit on Bending and Fabrication Line.

1.Ensure the Quality of product being produced by Inward, Inprocess and Final inspection.2.Participate in Daily meeting about CC, Inhouse Rejection Report and Discuss Plan for Inhouse Rejection Control- Poka Yoke/Kaizen provision for IHR value reduction.3.Visit Customer End and understand quality issues, Resolve the issue and provide action plan.4.Apply corrective and preventive measure (CAPA) to streamlining production process, Review procedures and make changes in procedure and update control plan.5.Assisted quality inspectors in controlling quality Inspection and providing training to Operators.6.Participate in MRM meeting about Monthly IHR, CC, PPM and Action Plan.7. Preparation of ISO/TS 16949:2009 Audit Documentation: Process Layout Inspection, Product Layout inspection, Control Plan, Process Flow Diagram, Process Validation.8.Preparation and checking Sample Inspection Report, Pre Dispatch Inspection, First piece inspection, Raw Material Inspection and ensure quality of product before delivery.9.Generating Tool Report Note to avoid Rejection due to tool.10.Taking New Development Project trials and Confirmations.11.Instruments Used : Vernier caliper, Height Gauge, Micrometer, Filler Gauge, Radius Gauge, Angle Protector, Meter tape, Visual Inspection.12.
