Designation: HR-ExecutiveRole:Recruitment & Resourcing• Screening the candidate• Scheduling them for the interview• lining them for the interview• keeping a trackfor the interview• follow up untill they join• Involved in end-end recruitment process• Gaining a complete understanding of the position in hand with special attention to the Job descriptions and Job specifications.• Providing the best recourse as per their requirement which helps to establish satisfying business relationships• Sourcing the profiles through job portal like Naukri& Monster India Database and reference.• Conducting Telephonic screening to check Communication skills, project experience, cost, notice period and other related factors• Follow up with clients to ensure closure of deals on selected consultants• Ensuring the complete life cycle as per the client’s recruitment procedure right from sourcing a candidate to generating the offer letter.• Keeping the data of each and every consultant in hire craft status on the same• Developing and maintaining of database on the basis for immediate and future requirement
